Cancellation Charges and Payment Terms for Groups
A group represents twenty and more people. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving the reasons earlier than 30 days before cheking in. If he withdraws at time from 30 to 8 days before checking in, the customer is liable to pay a 20 % cancellation fee of the services booked. If the customer withdraws from the contract at time from 7 to 1 day before cheking in, the customer is liable to pay a 20 % cancellation fee of the services booked. If the customer withdraws from the contract at time from 7 to 1 day before cheking in, he is liable to pay 50 % of the services booked. In the case of withdrawl 24 hours and less before cheking in, the cancellation fee is 100 % of people or rooms can be changed if this is advised on day beforehand. A 50 % advance payment must be made two weeks prior to the beginning of an event. The above-stated discounts can not be combined.
